We offer entrance fee plans for all Garden homes and select apartments with a lower monthly fee. Our monthly fees start at $1,248 for apartments and $2,474 for homes with 80%, 50%, and traditional entrance fee options are either a 0% or 50% refund.
We also offer rental residences as an option to provide financial flexibility. Our independent living rental apartments start at $2,308 per month plus a community fee.
All plans come with continuing care options. This provides residents with comfort and peace of mind knowing that they will have priority access into on-site rehabilitation healthcare, assisted living, and memory care centers, if the level of care is necessary. In addition, each entrance fee plan extends a discounted rate for the health care services.
